Hi,

A question about Integration, we'd like to synchronize zoho CRM modules with our own database tables (MySQL), but we have a lot of records in Zoho.

What is the best way to synchronize our data between zoho and our database every day ? Import/Synchronization/Replication from the point of view of optimizing records processed

example one day we have 300K records on Zoho and next day we got 310K, we don't want to be charge 300K+310K=610K records processed but only the difference

Thanks,

Please specify whether you are interested in the synchronization from Zoho CRM to MySQL or from MySQL to Zoho CRM, in both directions or one-way?

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Mariia

We recommend you to take a look at the Import or Replication packages.

Replication package can create target tables; in case of Import package, you should have target tables created beforehand.

Import package allows loading data from CSV files, cloud application objects or relational database tables to another cloud application or relational database. Skyvia Import supports all DML operations (including UPSERT), and thus can be used for performing massive data updates. When importing data from cloud sources, Skyvia allows creating packages that import not all the cloud data from the source object but only the records, created or modified since the package creation or since the previous package execution.

Please refer to:

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?importing_recently_added.htm

Replication package is used to create a copy of cloud application data in a relational database and keep it up-to-date. With the Incremental Updates check box, after the initial replication, only the data that was changed in the cloud CRM is sent to the database: deleted rows are deleted from the database table, new records are inserted and the changed records are modified.
