Looks like you have a required merge field and you did not map any column with values for this field.

As I can see your package has a successful run after you submitted this ticket. Could you confirm that the issue is solved?

hi Simon, thank you for follow up. Package is running well. just a couple of things if you can please answer:

1. I have first name field in my Audience but skyvia is not showing it at the time of column mapping due to which its not getting update.

2. do I need to upload my CSV file after every new record or skyvia would automatically detect the changes and update the changes in Mail Chimp.

Cheers,

Irfan

1. I have first name field in my Audience but skyvia is not showing it at the time of column mapping due to which its not getting update.

Note that MailChimp connection has the "Merge Fields Behavior" parameter. We have implemented this parameter for MailChimp to determine which merge tags to add to the ListMembers table.

This parameter can have the following values:

* Without Merge Fields - merge tags are not read;

* Join Common Merge Fields (the default value) - only merge tags that are defined for all the Lists are joined to the ListMembers columns;

* Join All Merge Fields - all the merge tags are read and all they are added to the standard ListMembers columns.

There is the following limitation: if different Lists have merge tags with the same name but different properties, such as types, tags, default values, etc., these merge tags are ignored regardless of the 'Merge Fields Behavior' value.

First, try setting the "Merge Fields Behavior" parameter to "Join All Merge Fields", to see all the merge tags.

2. do I need to upload my CSV file after every new record or skyvia would automatically detect the changes and update the changes in Mail Chimp.

When you upload a file into an import task, it is then stored on our side. And if you change this file on your computer, this changes will not affect your Skyvia package. If you add a new record to your CSV file then you need to reupload this CSV file into your import package again.
