Zendesk Backup api requests per minute is exceed

Hi , 

I started my backup and the first snapshoot was finished but the second one never complete .

later after more thn 10 hours we recognize that zendesk API request per minute was exceeds and this disturb other integration to synch . 

 

How i can set the api request per minute for skyvia backup ? 

Im in the max plan on zendesk .
