Hello Support
I have seen the below packages which we have created in Skvia consuming maximum API based on last 24 hours.
we are Insert/Updating on average 4000-5000 records in Zoho crm through these packages but how can be this packages consuming lots of API based on last 24 hours as you can check in the below screenshots.

Here are the links for packages -
-------------------------------------------
https://app.skyvia.com/#/21413/packages/113282
https://app.skyvia.com/#/21413/packages/122954

Could you please suggest us the way how we can minimize this API request and apart from that could you please tell us why it's consuming this much amount API in last 24 hours ?
Is it because of Upsert operation ?

Also could please tell me how this API works in Skyvia ?

Looking forward for your response.

Thanks

Hello Sid,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

Regarding the first package, https://app.skyvia.com/#/21413/packages/113282there are two lookups configured in it.

Please try using a cached lookup. For this, open your task editor, find a mapping for the Contact field and select the Use cache check box in the Lookup options. Read more about it in the Lookup Options section: https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/common-package-features/mapping/lookup-mapping-target-lookup-and-source-lookup.html

As for the second package, https://app.skyvia.com/#/21413/packages/122954 it is not configured to spend a lot of API calls.

Please create a New query, add a command SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `table` where `table` is a target table name, execute the query by clicking Execute and send us the received outcome.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Nataliia
