zoho crm - module name invalid - error on connnection

Hi, my skyvia pipelines to get data out of Zoho CRM and put them into BigQUery has stopped working 

the connection test is suusccessful - but when i try to use it as a Source in replication - i get an error. 

the error im getting is oconnecting to zoho crm - i get the error "module name is invalid" 

i tried to delete them all and the target and try again,but i still get the error. 

we are paying 25$/month but will stop doing so if skyvia doesnt work 

pls help - see attached screenshot for error

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

Please let us know the API version you used for Zoho CRM connection.

Also, please try to create an export package with the connection in question and same objects you selected for replication, run the package and let us know the result.

same error when i try to create an export package. cant seem to connect to zoho crm because of the Invalid module name error

We are having the exact same error. The Zoho CRM connection validates but cannot be used as a source for an export package or as a target for an import package.

The API is v2, that is the only type Zoho seems to generate for our account there.

I read in the Skyvia documentation that it is important to set our CRM time zone in the Advanced connection settings but that option is not available in our current interface.

I did try this with "Use Display Name for Custom Tables" selected and deselected.

Hi Zaki, Karl,

This error has already been fixed and the fix will be applied with new Skyvia release.

We expect it to be rolled out in next 2-3 weeks. Once it is done, we will let you know.
