I am trying to import data from CSVs on an FTP site in to Zoho.  Generally this works fine.  I have one CSV that should be imported in to a subform on Zoho.  I can see the subform (although took some trial and error to work out which it was, as all subforms are calling LinkingModule [Number] on Skyvia) but whenever I try to insert or upsert, it says the module doesn't allow create or update.

 Hello Stuart,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team!

LinkingModule [Number] on Skyvia

Please open your Zoho CRM connection and select the "Use Display Name for Custom Tables" checkbox in the Advanced settings.

whenever I try to insert or upsert, it says the module doesn't allow create or update.

Most likely, the issue is related to the permissions being set for this custom module on the Zoho CRM side. Please check that the Zoho CRM profile that is assigned to this module is not a read-only one. See

https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/faqs/security-administration/users/articles/is-there-a-way-to-add-a-user-and-give-them-read-only-privileges

If this is not the case, please give an exact example of this custom module (all the steps that must be performed in order to create it) and specify the corresponding package name (or id) so that we are able to reproduce such behavior.

Best regards,

Mariia
