You can integrate with PowerBI through Skyvia Connect.
Skyvia Connect is a cloud service that allows you to quickly and easily expose your data from various sources via the OData protocol and make it available in JSON or XML format over the web. More details about our product can be found here:
First, you need to create an OData endpoint based on the Zoho Desk data and then you can access this endpoint directly in PowerBI. Please refer to the PowerBI documentation
Another option is to use a replication package (Data Integration product): move Zoho Desk data for analysis in your relational database and access this database in PowerBI.
